My Dear Rotarians,   As this is my final newsletter and there are a couple items I wish to mention.   We will be experiencing the "Perfect Storm" on July 4th.  I know this is a tough time of year to commit to volunteer activities and everyone deserves a vacation but WE NEED YOU!!   After getting on my knees to beg for Car Raffle volunteer slots to be filled, there are still available times  open.  This is our largest fundraiser and we don't want it to fail.  Please get involved by spending a couple hours selling tickets!   I will be championing the IMPACT/Companion Club initiative along with a couple of others.  A brief introduction will be given at the Tuesday meeting.  It is basically a GREAT way to recruit like-minded community members into our club.  Interested in helping? Contact me!   The Membership has approved the amendment of the club Bylaws on May 20, 2025.  Notice was sent out stating that Bylaws Article 10, Section 4 will strike the phrase "three times" and insert "one time".  A quorum was present and the vote was unanimous.  The resulting bylaw will now state:  The candidate is notified of that decision and their bio is then published in the e-bulletin one time for the entire club's membership to review".  This will expedite the process of membership approval.   I am excited but also saddened that my term as President comes to an end.  It has been an emotional ride both up and down.  However, you all have given me lots of support and love, so I thank you!   I will see you at the Transition Luau!    Wendy
