Tracey Carisch is a business leader, educator, and community advocate with more than 25 years of experience in technology, workforce development, leadership training, and community collaboration. She currently serves as a Commercial Skilling Delivery Manager at Microsoft, where she leads initiatives that enhance learning experiences, instructional innovation, and professional development for a global community of trainers and learners.
Throughout her career, Tracey has focused on building partnerships that create meaningful and lasting impact. As Managing Director of the Southeast Tennessee STEM Innovation Hub, she led regional workforce development and STEM education initiatives that brought together 57 business, education, and government stakeholders. She also contributed to national workforce readiness efforts through participation in Harvard University's Pathways to Prosperity Network.
